Why are homes and food so Inexpensive in the US on average compared to Canada, Europe, Ausfalia. And Fag Zealand? Im originally from Boston and now live in South Carolina. Homes are so cheap, and the Meat is Insane. Not that it was expensive in Mass Pork is less than 99 cents a pound. Sirloin steaks for $2.50 a pound. Chicken breast for $1.25 a pound. Why do we have it so good? I mean I dont even make that much money about $45,000 a year and manage to afford a mortgage on a similar home and own a brand new Rav 4. What makes it so cheap?
America is the best country on Earth

The price of stuff has dropped precipitously after the 2007 crash. It's the price of medical services that has inflated. One can easily encounter a medical emergency that would end up costing the price of that house
Not another fucking property thread. Didn't we go over this earlier? Seriously only a matter of time until
> hur hur bong house so small hur hur
Lol your joking right? Can you get Pork Chops sometimes for 0.79 a pound? Breast for $1.35 on sale? Ground Beef for $3.25 a pound?

The reason it doesn’t cost anything is because it’s in the middle of a shithole with no economic opportunity. Doesn’t make sense to charge obscene amounts because nobody would ever pay it there. The exact opposite is in effect in my neighborhood. Plenty of high wage jobs here which arouses the Jews and then they charge you $900,000 per house. You can’t win in this system. It’s specifically designed so only a few really benefit from it aka Jewish property owners. Welcome to Capitalism and enjoy your stay.
Housing in Eastern Washington is on par with British Columbia. Super expensive. So I don't know where the cheap housing thing comes from. As to food: we still have a huge manufacturing base in the grocery industry. Between that and lower taxes, there's no wonder it's expensive everywhere else.
>Then I invite them inside for beer and Wings and Pizza.
Hopefully they wash their hands before they fuck your wife.
Your houses are made of cardboard and 90% of your food is gene manipulated cornstarch.
Unlikely. They're a filthy people.

Why do Bongs have such small, shitty houses?
more room to build free luxury refugee housing
>Why are homes and food so Inexpensive in the US
Because you have to live there.
>Why are homes and food so Inexpensive in the US
Because you're basically living in a country the size of a continent.
Because your country is 40 times larger but has only 5X the population.
Food is cheap because our agriculture is the best. Hands down. Tell the organic communists to go fuck themselves.
Housing isn't that cheap, especially in coastal regions. But still affordable.
Why is Australia so expensive then?
>you dont allow non citizens to own houses
That's incorrect. There has never been any restriction on who buys property in the US.
The closest thing to any sort of restriction is that a 1980 Federal law requires escrow officers to withhold up to 15% of the sale price if the seller is a foreign national but that is only to prevent foreigners from getting away without paying the capital gains tax, which everyone must pay.

Not to mention people have been developing the UK centuries longer than the US. Ran out of room.
None of these homes are built well. Most are wooden since it is abundant here. Once you get behind the walls...be prepared for a mess since builders/contractors don't care and inspectors don't see beyond the surface.
90% of it is desert.
Untrue actually. Only about 3% of our country is developed. Most of it is farmland. UK is 62% self sufficient in all food, and 76% in indigenous food.
We live in small houses because there are lots of reasons we can't expand our towns and cities, we have a housing crisis at the moment because of this. A lot of land is greenbelt, which is designed to counter urban sprawl.
This Island, all in all, could probably feed everyone without imports in an emergency, given we switched our eating habits a bit. It's a nice trade off.
Next hurricane and this piece of shit wood house will fly away
But that's what insurance is for!
>Pretending to be from boston and happy to live in Elgin, SC
Yeah you don't live in Elgin or in SC in fact. I'm from Columbia.
>not having the government build you a new house
Some houses have been rebuilt 10 times in the past 50 years, all at government expense.
LEL GET REKT EURO SOCIALIST FAGS, AMERICA WILL FOREVER BE INEXPENSIVE WITH OUR LOW TAXES AND SUPERIOR CAPITALIST IDEALS
