This cake just laid down on a bed in the same room as you and will be peacefully comatose until at least sundown.
What do you do?
Is the non-existent anime worth watching just for the visuals?
This cake just laid down on a bed in the same room as you and will be peacefully comatose until at least sundown
cut that bitch to pieces
Meh, if you've already read the source material then why not? It's kinda neat watching the characters come to life in animation. They all look like men half the time, though
How do i protect those tiddies?
Go out with a better vampire girl. Though Arc is pretty cool. I'll probably get her some breakfast and have a chat once she wakes up.
...
I go hang out with best girl
I go and sleep next to her. Naps are extra comfy when shared.
Leave her alone and return to the best girl.
How do I do the other routes, just pick choices that get me talking to said characters?
Also
>choosing to rape Arcueid gets you a game over
Fucking Nasu you did that on purpose
There's locks on certain routes.
Arc is the required first route. After that you unlock Ciel, Akiha and Hisui. Kohaku is unlocked after finishing Hisui's route.
>Fucking Nasu you did that on purpose
What did you expect? Take Ciel-sensei's lesson.
Kill her
Both are "arc route but with a bit of ciel and akiha thrown in" but the manga has a bunch of original stuff to it (ciel and akiha fight scene, roa using his melty blood lightning powers and having a bunch more/different fight scenes, actually getting to see all the fucked up stuff the church did to ciel, an expanded ending of arcueid true where shiki finds arc in her castle with ciels help and a bunch of minor changes to scenes from how they were in the VN) and includes all the h-scenes that the anime largely cut out
on the other hand the anime that doesn't exist has shiki actually end up going to the amusement park and gives sacchin an episode (while the manga drops her about as fast as the VN route does) but is otherwise just scenes from the VN done poorly.
What did he mean by this
Both the anime and manga suffer greatly from missing almost everything from Hisui and Kohaku's routes. They're nice little supplements to the VN in their own way, but could never reasonably be used as alternatives.
C-can she get up and play some Melty with me.
>adaptions of near side scenario
>alternatives to the hisui and kohaku route
Bravo
They're supposed to be adaptations of the whole thing, and they pool aspects of Arc, Ciel and Akiha's routes along with original material.
The point being that they're not alternatives to the VN.
Someone should host the Tsukihime games and manga somewhere before they are forgotten
The five routes are split into two scenarios: Near-side of the moon and Far-side of the moon. The Near-side routes encompass both Arcueid's and Ciel's routes (both have a True and Good ending), while the Far-side routes encompass Akiha's, Hisui's and Kohaku's routes (Akiha has a True and Normal ending, Hisui has a True and Good, while Kohaku only has a True end). Please note that you can only progress to the Far-side routes after completing at least one of the Near-side endings (e.g., Arcueid True End), and Kohaku's ending cannot be reached without first completing Hisui's. The Tsukihime epilogue occurs after Kohaku's ending.
You have to do every other route to do Kohaku's
>They're supposed to be adaptations of the whole thing,
Nope. Only Arc's route.
>The point being that they're not alternatives to the VN.
Takeuchi himself says the manga is.
Not true, Ciel was the last route I ever did after Kohaku's. Hisui's is the condition to unlock Kohaku's.
>Nope. Only Arc's route.
Then why do they feature aspects of other routes and original material?
>Takeuchi himself says the manga is.
Then Takeuchi is fucking wrong because the manga misses almost everything from Hisui and Kohaku's routes.
Is Kagetsu Tohya worth playing? I want more pic related.
Now that people mentioned Tsukihime, the manga is actually the best selling manga of TM works, it averaged like 150k with later volumes reaching 200+.
A good example is that Shiki rapes Arc in her route (original), they then walk away and the day ends.
This expands it to Shiki encountering SHIKI, which begins a scene between SHIKI, Ciel and Akiha in v6. It adds parts of Ciel route's in a good way.
Best adaption of the Near Side scenario by far. If only Type-Moon had him work on a Far Side adaption afterwards.
I put a stake through her heart. Anything not human or a common animal doesn't deserve the right to life.
Ask yourself and not Sup Forums. Do you love the characters? Do you want more of them? Then play Tsukihime's Fun Disc and Melty Blood.
The games have satisfying endings. And the manga is amazing as it's own adaptation of Tsukihime's main story route anyway. Anything that can be done will risk being overdone to the point that people will give it the fate treatment of killing the magic behind it. Plus, there's Melty Blood if you really crave more moon princess. Yeah, it's sad that we'll never see that nonexistent sequel or remake. But what we got is enough. Especially the manga.
It's sad to know that you hate all these beautiful uncommon animals, user.
en.wikipedia.org
put a blanket over her, and go off and watch the entire LOTR trilogy until she wakes up again.
Which was better, Near Side or Far Side?
>They're supposed to be adaptations of the whole thing,
Nah, only the near side. And yet I can't really say its wrong. The base was there, they didn't take anything away from the base, they only added to it. In the end it worked very nicely. Everything that happened as it should happen, and long time fans also got bonus content.
Compare that to DEEN or FSN manga that also tried to merge things, it didn't work. What exactly is it that made them not work? Scenes were changed in ways that didn't make anyone happy and didn't even work as fanservice for the other routes, we knew it was inline for the most boring ending either way, the actual interesting moments from other routes had to swerve off course in favor of Fate route material, and the scenes they did add didn't really make sense at times. Like bondage suit Sakura being used by Medea to fight Rin in an odd scene. Also Archer vs Shirou in the OP, but never happening.
Tsukihime you have 100% content, with additional extra content that makes it better and you can tell its being written by a real fan. FSN it feels more like a tease without direction that doesn't really excite anyone.
My wife Aoko has a rocking body!
Why has Ciel got such a nice ass?
far side>>>>near side
>aoko
>filename
I don't even see the point of this ironic stupidity.
Potemkin.
>Nah, only the near side.
You keep saying that without any actual qualification.
Also, I'm not saying the manga is a bad adaptation, just not an alternative to the VN. The only reason you could conceivably consider it an alternative is if you think the Hisui and Kohaku routes weren't important. Maybe that's what Takeuchi thinks, but I rather doubt it.
Gal undo.
I let some of my blood fall into her mouth and laugh as I doom the world and myself.
[x] Rape the maids
For anal, obviously.
Nice, Hisui !
Ciel's got massive tits and a great arse. So why is she so underrated?
...
>Is the non-existent anime worth watching just for the visuals?
That's some funny ass shit m8.
I use her as a body pillow all day, then stop 5 minutes before she wakes up.
do not do that.
Honestly, far too much of her character focuses on being the fake megane-senpai, which is extremely dull compared to her being the an elite church assassin and former vampire vessel.
Also, too much of her screentime is sacrificed to her role as a plot-dump character than anyone else in Tsukihime, and possibly more than anyone else in the whole of TM, with the possible exception of Touko.
Why do you not you understand that they were adapting then near side routes? It wasn't supposed to cover anything from the far side.
>b-but SHIKI!
Did you forget the Ciel route?
>Then why do they feature aspects of other routes
You mean Ciel's route? Have you even read the VN?
Tsukihime manga is pretty good. It's easily the best interpretation of the Arcueid path that doesn't exclude far side elements that you could expect. What's shitty is that it's Arcueid's path, but what can you do, fuck Nasu.
Nasu made some comments about the Tsukihime remake in his blog that he never updates to celebrate the release of the last volume of the Tsukihime manga.
It touches on stuff from Akiha's route, don't be dense.
And stop trying to avoid the issue. The point is that it isn't a suitable alternative for the VN.
It's a decent interpretation of the Near-Side routes with some extra fluff, but the VN as an overall experience is better in my opinion. Nothing comes close to the conclusions of Hisui and Kohaku's routes.
>Maid*
>And stop trying to avoid the issue. The point is that it isn't a suitable alternative for the VN.
Are we being memed here? Who cares what you think. Kill yourself, faggot.
I like this stupid vampire.
The Tsukihime manga is the first manga I ever bought. Never did finish it, though.
tsukikan.com
Takeuchi: As everyone already knows, Tsukihime is the doujin game from when we first started. Since its release, the doujin group TYPE-MOON became a company, and works like Fate were released, so we've always been thinking when to commercialize Tsuhime. However, time constraints became more and more frequent, and we missed many opportunities to do a remake. The doujin group TYPE-MOON was formed in the summer of 1999, next year will be our 10th anniversary. This is a great time for a remake, or rather, if we miss this opportunity again, we won't get another chance. So we thought that we can't let this chance go no matter what.
Takeuchi: The original doujin game is something that is very hard to come by nowadays, so we feel bad for not releasing a remake for those who have always wanted to try out this game. If one wants to know the content of the story, one can go read the manga Shingetsutan Tsukihime. The manga version is a pictorial representation of Nasu's work. The excellence of the Tsukihime manga has also become a great challenge that we need to surpass for the Tsukihime remake (laughs).
Stop trying to avoid the issue. The point is that it isn't a suitable alternative for the VN. The manga is dog shit.
Tsukihime manga is better than Arcueid's path.
It fails to address ANYTHING concerning far side paths, which is disappointing. Kohaku and Hisui get no love, and Akiha only gets two scenes.
If you want to read Arcueid eating hamburgers, then the manga is good. If you like Shiki flipping out and being awesome, then the manga is good. Otherwise, it's just near side with a little more stuff.
>Are we being memed here? Who cares what you think. Kill yourself, faggot.
If you don't have an argument or anything worthwhile to say then don't even bother posting.
>until at least sundown.
then i see no issue, i wont need it until then anyways
The manga only covers one route out of 5, you might as well read the VN.
>Is the non-existent anime worth watching just for the visuals?
It's worth watching for the soundtrack, sure. It's best to ignore the idiots in the thread complaining about the routes they chose to adapt and pushing >m-muh VN as usual.
>Takeuchi either thinks Hisui and Kohaku's route aren't important or just forgot about them
What a twat, who fucking cares.
The manga isn't that bad, but it isn't an alternative, no matter what Takeuchi thinks.
I bought it after finishing the VN and ended up dropping it because it was hard to find the later volumes + I don't like arc's route all that much.
>The excellence of the Tsukihime manga has also become a great challenge that we need to surpass for the Tsukihime remake (laughs)
Remake confirmed never. Fuck.
Why do people like the manga so much?
I didn't. Melty Blood was great though.
Why you Sup Forums EOP shitters cares about Remake? No translation for you.
Just read the manga. Any VN from Nasu is a tedious slog in dire need of an editor.
>stop liking things I don't like
So we'll probably get the remake in 2024, then.
This design is disgusting.
>liking things
It's not liek you can even read Mahou or DDD
honestly i like it - it looks less clunky than the old design and looks more appealing
This design is perfect
speaking about tsukihime manga, I recently read through the one based on the original game but all the extra stuff in the last volume was just untranslated
It was a download link I got from Sup Forums, is this stuff just unfinished? when will Tsukihime's manga get a definitive translation?
It isn't.
What extra stuff? I know all the chapters are translated.
It is. No one cares about deviant tier original designs
No, they are not. Did you even read the manga? Ciel-sensei's lesson where the author confirms that it was an adaption of Arc's route from beginning to end, and if he could, he would adapt the far side?
There's nothing "perfect" about it even if you think it's an improvement. Her legs look like sticks.
If I asked nicely, would she let me use her boobs as a pillow?
Welcome to Type-Moon designs.
No.
Volumes 5 through 8 are also missing pages, the new pages, extra pages and the redrawn pages. Someday someone might scanlate it from scratch.
>Takeuchi's art still hasn't improved in about a decade
>If anything it's almost stagnated and suffers from perpetual Saberface
The guy should've retired and let Koyama take over as the main artist.
>perpetual Saberface
That's just his Noble Phantasm "Unlimited King of Knights"
>The mind of a human who pursues the blonde-haired female knight he adores until the utmost limit. Employing all his skills, an infinite number of characters similar to Saber will be given life. A great delusion that erodes the stance of the company.
I don't think there is a single Fate girl that doesn't look like kawaii kids. TM designers should focus on thick thighs/hips, giving them a more strong woman vibe
She is an aho.
But she's my aho.
Ciel's as stacked as Sakura, so why does no-one get her tits right?
>Takeuchi's art still hasn't improved in about a decade
You should be really blind.
>perpetual Saberface
Arcface is Saberface
>strong enough to routinely fistfight the Moon Princess
>author thanking the readers
>author stating that it was an adaption of one of five routes, showing the kaleidoscope and to wait for the remake if you want more
>recapping the story
>читать мангу на русском в 2к17
сириусли ниггер?
...
Work on your Russian skills. It is also better than any of the English releases.
>You should be really blind.
Go on, point out what's he done to improve since Realta Nua, I'm fascinated.
>Arcface is Saberface
Hisuiface is Saberface, actually.
