Not on any big scale, there were 4k slaves in all of New France at its height, that includes both black and native slaves. A lot of them were gifts from tribal chief when making an alliance too. The big bulk of aggressions against natives came when Britain used the Iroquois to fight against the Huron and that would drag France since the Huron were allied to France.
