We have enough historical and current evidence to shy why (for example) ethnically homogeneous Sweden was better than the increasingly multi-racial Sweden.

Nobody argues that the Chinese are shorter on average than whites or that certain blacks are taller and better runners. Black people have melanin in their skin which increases resistance to sun. They have developed this trait through evolution over hundreds of thousands of years of living in Africa, due to increased exposure to the sun.
