Used to take SSRIs. Now my cock doesn't work.

St johns wort seems interesting. You should include some kimchi/saurrkraut/greek yogurt/kombucha. Your gut biome is super important

That sounds like good advice

Damn. Those ruined your cock?

ritalin when i used to have health insurance
ritalin was life saving and its been hard without it

I'm convinced that depression is just a lack of dopamine. The emptiness left me and I stopped craving alcohol. Ritalin made me semi functional. Also I could focus.

take drugs for bipolar. also like alcohol

3 cups of coffee, raw meat, that's it no degeneracy

>creatine
>glutamine
>whey
>vitamin c, d
>methyl vitamin B
>coq10

Benadryl every night to sleep.

You should also know that st john's wort acts like a SSRI
That's why people advise not to take it with actual SSRIs or 5-HTP (serotonin syndrome)

you should stop doing that

Modafinil, it works. Dobt take it with kratom youll have seizures. Otherwise its safe just drink lots of water.

This

I'm not entirely sure. Used to be pretty horny. I would get turned on from racy softcore images alone. Now I struggle to get it up. No more strong and spontaneous erections. When I do manage to get one my cock hurts especially after the fact. This all started after taking SSRIs. Before I was fine. I've been off them for a while now too.
Good to know. I wont take it.

I take meth and viagra. Really helps me out when I'm giving your girl her vitamin d for hours on end.

>Modafinil
gonna ask my psych about this. seems interesting.

Kratom, 6-8 grams daily.

Hell of a lot better than prescription pills, heroin, Suboxone, and copious amounts of Tylenol.

Look into the darknet if you think you still need it, should be cheaper there.

Cod liver oil
Turmeric (memory & inflammation)
ginko (memory)
vit D
Creatine (intelligence & muscle)

surprisingly non-degenerate thread

creatine helps with intelligence?

Just a cherry pill every morning to reduce chance of a Gout attack.

apparently wrong about that, as looking about reveals the studies had been testing vegetarians. Examine.com does not list anything related

I'm not recommending this, but try dopamine sanitization (sensitization or reverse-tolerance).

>When taken at sub neurotoxic dosages, the brain becomes supersensitized to all subsequent amphetamine dosages. This effect has been tested to last longer than 120 days and is probably permanent.

Taking like 5mg of adderall for a week to upregulate dopamine receptors for up to two years (arguable).

This can lead to some major problems where things become much too intense and it can ruin your life, but for someone who has depression caused by a lack of dopamine, this might help. Again, not recommending it because it could fuck you up, but look into it.

Also, fuck Ritalin. It fucks up your dopamine (Adderall and other AMPHs are much better).
>Amphetamine enters the dopamine receptor presynaptically or by diffusing across the neuronal membrane. The process of amphetamine entering the receptor is called DAT uptake, and as a result of DAT uptake, amphetamine will then produce competitive reuptake inhibition at the transporter, DAT reuptake inhibition. Once it has entered, it will bind to TAAR1 which causes DAT phosphorylation. Phosphorylation will then cause reverse transporter function, dopamine efflux.
>TLDR; amphetamine enters dopamine receptors through dopamine transporters (DAT), it then stops dopamine molecules from being broken down, as well as reverses DAT function.

>Methylphenidate is pretty simple. Once on site, it will bind to dopamine transporters, and inhibit DAT functions. Though amphetamine has similar action, methylphenidate acts as a ***much stronger dopamine reuptake inhibitor***. Once it has binded to dopamine transporters, it has a potent effect on blocking DAT. Dopamine molecules can no longer exit the synapse, where it would be broken down and spread to nearby cells.

Adderall enhances dopamine signalling, Ritalin is a DRI.

I've been on around 20-30 different psych meds in the past
all that shit is a scam, and/or poison
also I've tried nearly every supplement/nootropic available, most of them are useless and are just taking up space in my cabinets now.

currently, I just take phenibut a couple times a week, diphenhydramine/valerian/melatonin for sleep nearly every day and caffeine/l-theanine in the morning.
Occasionally I'll have some kava, kratom, adrafinil, etizolam or alcohol, but I try to keep myself from taking that stuff too often.

I guess I take a multivitamin and antioxidant supplement too, but that's about it.
