If we did originate in Africa, all it really shows is that Eurasians are more evolved than the Africans (and really one only needs to look at a side-by-side comparison of a negro and a chimp to realise how primitive they are)

I think its because its the most plausible theory as of now. The climate is perfect for evolving and all that. But even if we all came from africa, it doesn't really bother me at all. The argument "we all came from africa" doesnät really affect me. It's so long ago that for me, it doesn't really matter. And the way we all look is so different its hard to feel the same connection to someone from sub sahara as Sven next door
