spanish system used to be good, but it got cut, since the global crisis happened, now it sucks with long queues, long days or months of waiting itf you want something looked at by a specialist. It wasn't like that before, it was a solid good health care system with very pro medics. We still have pro medics, but they are saturated.

Several reasons. First off, Americans don't want it. Second, the US already has a well-developed health insurance industry, and they don't like lawmakers interfering with their market. Third, entitlement programs are very difficult to enact in general. Fourth, We've got niggers that would put unnecessary strain on the system.

That's not how the healthcare industry works. If you are in an emergency condition you go to whatever fucking hospital is closest to you. There isn't any time to pick and choose and shop around for the best hospital to save you from the heart attack you're having. There is also a shortage of family doctors in the country which means you have to wait months for an appointment. If you don't like your doctor good luck because you already paid him for your visit and it's another few months to get another appointment somewhere else. Generally most doctors are good and it's not like trying to shop for a new TV. This is the brain damage you have when you are brainwashed by a capitalist perspective.

I have never waited more than an hour for urgent care, and the one time I went to emerg it was less than 2 hours between the time of injury and leaving the hospital patched up with an appointment for a specialist 2 days later.

The free market is dead, at least in the west. The US and many European countries (i.e Germany) have implemented socialist reforms to the capitalist system.
