Surpass Togashi? In what? Being a hack? He has already done that.

Naruto had so many chances to flesh out their characters but in the end, only a handful of them were any good or interesting (Zabuza/Haku, Jiraiya, Kakashi, Nagato). Sakura is probably one of the worst written main characters ever.

Kishi's still keeping the details a secret but he's already boasting for it to be better than Naruto. I think he's currently planning it now, taking a while but that's because he's so meticulous.

Naruto was a good series. It only had few problems that everyone over-criticizes like the chosen one bs. But the qualities easily outweigh the flaws.

No it isn't. It is weighed down heavily by its flaws. There were maybe two or three good arcs, which is pretty awful for a 70+ volume manga
