I mean, the series makes it a point to show us that she's a total degenerate who most likely molested her daughter throughout her childhood. There's literally a seen of her fingering Satsuki, and Satsuki submitting like it's a normal thing she has to deal with. The lyrics are a complete opposite to her character. Not being free from the world? She's pretty much free to do whatever she wants.
