The initial "spoilers" should have contained information about Freeza killing the assassins, retard. The summaries of episode 95 are completely different, the one from 2ch didn't say anything about Frieza going Golden. Conversely, the one from Herms doesn't mention anything about Quitela while the 2ch one does.

Not a contradiction. Struggle could also be a translation for fight/combat. Jake (Herms98) would have probably pointed one out to save himself trouble if there was one, since he has to deal with majorly autistic fans 24/7.

It's like you've never seen spoilers before. Frequently, one source describes something that another source doesn't. Maybe the fight escalates. Spoilers are almost never exhaustive. It's best not to say one way or another yet.
