wait times and lack of doctors, essentially go to a free walk-in clinic and that is every hospital in the nation, people with odd complaints that likely shouldnt be there, people with colds and shit, and then those with bad shit. Also remember that it will increase your taxes so the government can pay for it, cheaping out as governments do so as to make the service usable but not as good as it could be.

it's very different through continent. Also nothing is free. Everybody gets basic care through work, school or unemployment and you have extra health thatt is payed by you or your employer or state if you are young or useless. Nothing is free, money doesn't just appear from nowhere. Actually it does, but that's not argument for this.
