Is there any anime character that is truly, absolutely evil? Not cold evil or the kind of idiot for the evulz. A character who is fully aware of his actions, aware of the consequences, aware of suffering and can actually relate to it, but it's just that evil.
I see a lot of grays, some very, very dark tones of gray, but I've yet to see complete black, something that only fiction could give birth.

no the worst villain in danganronpa is Tengan. junko was a shit villian but she was still entirely evil. she knew what she was doing and didn't care because she was bored . Even when she was a forgetful Baka in Dr0. She didn't care about anything but her boyfriend and even then she killed him when she got her memories back. She's in everything from danganronpa even though she died in dr1 because she's their face of evil.
Just fucking let her die. Honestly if they didn't milk the shit out of her even after her death she probably would have been an ok villain. I'm just angry that they overused the shit out of her to the point it got annoying.
