Women's rights and an ethnostate aren't mutually exclusive. Women should have many rights - safety, freedom, property rights, free speech, etc. A white ethnostate is actually not in conflict with women's rights, but in support of them. Which non-white place has superior, or even acceptable, treatment of women?
From a practical standpoint, we shouldn't give women the right to participate in politics, because they are demonstrably incapable. Women think too much with emotion, which leads to poor decisions at the national level. This is how you get your Trudeau's and amnesty, and so on.
There's an easy compromise though that may be politically palatable. We don't have to make a law that says "Women can't vote" or anything like that. Instead, we can just restrict voting to people who are informed about policy, economics, military, and geo-politics. This kind of a test just makes sense - why do we let uninformed people have a voice in complicated and nuanced discussions? In addition to making sense, it will practically remove women and minorities from voting as they don't have the interests or aptitudes for that kind of thing.

Men and women have starkly different voting patterns. Women vote for bigger government, social welfare, politicians based on gender, they react to emotional arguments like the picture of the dead Syrian boy, they are pro-immigration, etc. In general, women are in favor of policies that feel good rather than actual good policies.
I'm not saying that men cannot be emotional, or that women cannot be logical, but in general, when discussing measurements of populations, and averages, women are more emotional and less logical than men. When it comes to making policy decisions, we need logic and not emotion.

Actually, I wrote that voting should only be granted to people who could meet some minimum bar of being informed on the relevant topics, and this would mean that women would effectively lose the right to vote as most women aren't well informed on the relevant topics.
