How long until Carol raises her power level high enough that she can kill people by beating them in Othello?

Title: I hadn't heard
Panel 1
Carol: Kou-chan, you've gotten stronger lately!
Senpai: Huh?! You can tell?!
Carol: Yeah!
Panel 2
Senpai: I've actually started going to Aizawa-san's home dojo!
Carol: Huh...?
Panel 3
Senpai: Aizawa-san's father is really amazing! The training is suitably difficult too, but...I want to become a man who can be acknowledged by "that person"!
Panel 4
Carol: Ooooohhhhh?

Carol bout to fuck bitches

Dummy arc part 2. Carol gave Tomo a chance to live. She won't be so kind this time.

This page seems like a filler page. I don't really see what point there is to Carol learning that Kou is going to Gurou's dojo.

Setting up for some quality MISUNDERSTANDING.

If Sempai really wanted Tomo instead of Carol what type of Genius Revenge plan would Carol concoct?

It's the setup for an arc. Carol thinks Kou wants to fuck Tomo.

Rip in fucking pieces.

>Carol thinks Kou wants to fuck Tomo.

He does though

Is he talking about Jun or Tomo, since Tomo already acknowledged him. At any rate, this isn't romantic, but Carol will probably think it is.

...

tomo obv
he told jun as much

No he doesn't.

>"that person"
who?

More pointless drama

Just what I needed

>Senpai: Aizawa-san's father is really amazing! The training is suitably difficult too, but...I want to become a man who can be acknowledged by "that person"!
>Panel 4
>Carol: Ooooohhhhh?
You fucked up,Senpai.
This.

He told Jun that because he knew it would piss him off. He then was acknowledged by Tomo a few chapters later, so I don't see how this isn't just a big misunderstanding.

Cotton candy is gonna unleash her true power level now.

Kou liking Tomo romantically serves literally no point in the story, so I think that's just misdirection.

Are you a fucking idiot? This page is clearing establishing Carol thinking that Kou's "that person" is probably Tomo. Given that Carol wants to be Kou's "that person", this sets up conflict between the two, that will be resolved when Kou reveals that "that person" is none other than Carol. Jesus fucking Christ, how can you be so retarded?

>Hey, I'm training with Gurou! Isn't that cool
>OH fuck, that clearly means he wants to fuck her daughter!
Great logic faggot.

I mean, he might want to fuck her, but I suppose the better response would be that Carol thinks he likes Tomo and not her.

logic is not a strength of the heart.

Then what do you think "that person" means?

Bingo. Why otherwise have the vagueness of "that person" if the misunderstanding it will create is actually true. Whoever Kou is referring to, it is 100% not Tomo.

well even if he's talking about jun, that's not a great deal for carol.

why are you ignoring the "that person" line? it's obviously meant to have carol think he means tomo to create some sort of conflict, even if by "that person" he meant carol herself or someone else. you can tell by her face at the end that she thinks its tomo.

Let's think for a second, okay? What does the blank velociraptor-eyed stare in panel four mean to you? Does she think "that person" is her?

It's either Jun or Carol. It wouldn't necessarily be great if it's Jun, but we know that he's training in order to protect Carol and I think that will be the main point of this arc.

desu

I think I've made an error in my translation. The Japanese reaction seems to be that he wants to be acknowledged by Tomo's dad. (There's also the possibility presented that he could be talking about the idea of Goro 認めてもらうing a relationship between Senpai and Tomo.) With that in mind:
Panel 3
Senpai: Aizawa-san's father is a really amazing person! The training is suitably difficult too, but...I want to become the kind of man who can be acknowledged by that person!

carol makes no sense. she's standing right there.

So that's even more obvious in the allusion to marriage, then.

Oh, so you did not read the translation.
Glad we got that figured out.

...

Oh how I fucking love the fucking pronoun game.

how is that an allusion to marriage? Kou doesn't want to marry Tomo. Unless you're suggesting that's what Carol's going to think.

...

It's what Carol's going to think, because she sees the acceptance of Gorou as the father giving Kou permission to marry Tomo.

Are you really this buttmad at being shut the fuck down?

He's talking about Jun isn't he?

Actually, "accept" resolves the dissonance between these two ideas better than "acknowledge".

Can Tomo survive the second onslaught?

...

...

Dunno, it's still pretty clear to me, you must really be one dense motherfucker.

And you are one salty motherfucker.

Carol's gonna channel her inner bear cub and kick some tomboy's ass.

>that blank background and hidden face when shes say eh
>that stare in the last panel
drama incoming

You seriously think there's no logic for a misunderstanding here?
Not gonna say it's even close to satisfying or anything like that, but that's clearly what Fumita's going for in the most straightforward (and cheapest) way possible.

She's less than inner bear cub.

>"that person"
WHY DO JAPS TALK LIKE THIS

Carol is going to end up killing some innocent girl.

She has the "potential" to be as strong as a cub bear.
If my malaysian action figure shows thought me anything, all she needs is anger and a lot of yelling to unlock that it.

Okay I seriously don't get it.

japan.

Jun.

Tomom.

>carol arc

CAROL!

>dat Carol
Well, the Gurou fucked up.

this will give carol motivation to spill it to jun

>Carol thinks
But he really does.

It's a Japanese thing. You need the father to "acknowledge" you so you can ask for the daughter's hand.
I've seen this in at least two dozen other manga.

I honestly think Carol is wasted on Senpai. Why
are all male characters in this show so shit? The only one worth shit is Jun, but he is dumb as fuck.

Misuzu is no innocent.

Tanabe is okay, but he's in love with a jewess.

The only one I think it's shit is whatshisname, senpai and jun are fine.

>in this show
Fuck off casual

Title is tomo chan is a grill not wiener fight club.

You're the first to bring up a legitimate/valid point.

>Jun's a dating wimp and will never date Tomo
>Senpai likes Tomo and isn't afraid to acknowledge it, Carol's pining for the wrong Senpai. We know who the she's fated to be with.

Tanabe is miles better than Senpai. At the very least Tanabe is honest about liking Misuzu, only thing is that Misuzu is Misuzu.

I liked this guy, more pages about him when.

And senpai is honest about liking Tomo

sudden thought, does senpai know tomo's thoughts on the matter?

Yeah, he was a complete bro. We need more chapters with him.

Yeah, but senpai acts like a faggot. He is the typical "I-i want to become stronger" efeminate boy. That trope is one of the shittiest ones, and one of the most overdone ones.

It's admiration + sexual attraction.
I bet he wouldn't get jealous if she started dating someone else.

Jun was also like that, though "becoming stronger" part is omitted. Blockhead trope inst' too great for character development either, but hey, it's long-drawn comedy 4koma, not a romantic drama.

What we need is a Tanabe arc.

Boring.
20 chapters and we still haven't seen Tomo and maybe a little Jun. What the fuck Fumita?

translation:
>why even try at shitposting anymore?

who's that?

Still waiting for the oyakodon

Harambe-senpai > Tanabe

Gorilla san is a pretty coo ldude

there

Watch as some serious development stops in it's tracks for a Tanabe arc.

I never knew serious discussion about Tomo-chan was considered shitposting. Whens the last time we've seen Tomo?

literally three days ago.

Literally three days ago it was Jun and Senpai training. Hello?

literally you're a fag who can't count back three threads.
don't feed me this pedantic shit.
