The author could write meta asspulls and make an anime original ending that has her come to reality as a perfectly normal human who has some fights with other characters and then eventually when everything settles down loses her powers so she could stay behind. That would make a permanent change to make her coming to reality normal and normalise her powers to reality only so no threat to physics.

Alternatively they could just get really meta and write a high budget story about how the solution to allowing reality bending magic in normal reality was the creation of a story that absorbs all contradictions in reality in the form of infinite time paradogs.
