There are huge areas of Africa that were never affected by the slave trade. They're just as poor as the areas with slave markets. If Africans are so inherently productive, why didn't those uncolonized areas thrive? Why are blacks in America so much less successful than the Indians and Chinese in America? Wasn't 99% of Africa completely undeveloped for thousands of years before America even existed, while whites, Asians, Arabs and the Chinese were creating civilizations?

DC has a Wakandan equivalent, but it's slightly more believable. Gorilla City is a hidden city no one on Earth knows about, and Gorillas in real life were as much a myth as Bigfoot is today despite countless African safaris.
