Im from upper middle class family, and my mother for example drinks them frequently because she travels alot. Also among the people that study the same subject as me in uni, its definitely much more common to drink energy drinks than on average, i think its more about culture and habits than class.

My life used to suck. Grew up in crappy apartments, worked full time hours in part time jobs (coffee shop at nights, construction on weekends, etc) to put myself through college and law school. It all sucked but life got pretty great. Three kids, very pretty wife 7 years younger than me. It’s nice. My advice to anyone in high school or college is to focus on a career that makes real money even if you don’t like it (work is work, might as well get paid) and marry someone very rich or very poor, because middle class women want everything but have nothing to offer.

Its not even like energy drinks give you lasting energy. They wear off within an hour or so once the sugar hit tails off and theres not enough caffeine in them to keep you going.

Coffee and tea on the other hand seem to keep me going through the day quite nicely, with a gentle tail off instead of a sudden drop. Plus, you pay more for energy drinks than you do for coffee.

I dont know but black tea does taste nice with milk and sugar in it, although more and more i find myself just having black tea and black coffee with no other additives if its instant coffee or cheap tea that im drinking, but if i have good veans or good tea then ill add milk and sugar because i like the taste.
