Buy a mat and weights. Start really REALLY gentle and don't increase your workout until after a week. After the first day it's ok to rest the second just make sure you make it a habit to stretch super thoroughly.
Depending on how fat you are consider changing your diet, or at least drink less sugary stuff. Continue for a few months or at least until you are more fit than your average basement neet/slob. Then go to the gym and consider getting a trainer or program laid out.

This manga is usually pretty spot on for form, but this one's a little off. First off, your head slightly leaning off the back of the bench (the edge of the bench should be around the middle of the back of your head). Again, this is important, slightly angle your head on the edge of the bench, don't hang your head off the back. Her arm position should also be a little more back (about 10 to 15 degrees). When I do them, I have my elbows above my eyes. Then, with your arms further back, when you bring the bar down, it should touch the top of your head, not your forehead.

Though, in all honesty, I prefee rope pulldowns for targeting my triceps. Do those instead.

Skull crushers train your triceps brachii.
