People thought that Re:Creators or that shitty Berserk adaptation would be the trainwreck of the season

>People thought that Re:Creators or that shitty Berserk adaptation would be the trainwreck of the season
>It's actually the "thinking man's anime" that people kept declaring as AOTS
What a surprising turn of events.

What happened? I dropped it at ep 6 when nothing kept happening

>reshitter not knowing the origin of the thinking man meme
Go back to MAL.

Their husbando turned into a shitty yanhomo.

His smile is gone forever.

...

Well this season has been abysmal.

>zaShunina jumped the shark in episode 9
>Tsukai was an IHO SONZAI all along and took a huge dump on fujoshits who shipped zaShunina and Shindo
>What was supposed to be a first contact series went full shounen shit with energy swords and laser beams
>The ace negotiator Shindo has yet to do any negotiating
And there are only two episodes to wrap up this clusterfuck.

The end of episode 6 is where things start happening though. Up until that point, the solution to every problem was literally the first one posed. The first half is dullness trying it's best to disguise itself as a slow burn, then 6-most of 9 actually are a slow burn, and now we've gone full retard.

The female main character is an unbearable bitch, Shindo is a loser, and zaShunina(the only reason anyone's watching this anime) is becoming inconsistent.

I was okay with the twist, but it's getting worse and it is poorly executed. So >dropped

But the Berserk adaption is shit.
It looks worse than super ultra low budget stuff like RWBY that is done in the west.

see you next week

Episode 5, here. I've been meaning to get back to it but I lacked the motivation. But since it sounds like it's just spinning wheels, I guess my intuition was right.

>But the Berserk adaption is shit.

No, you.

Yes, but it's extremely obviously shit that it honestly shouldn't count by default.

Fuck, the show the thread is about has better animation

Fujo tears are delicious, your shitty kaworuclone got what he deserved

you mad

I'm just enjoying the view after weeks of shitty /cm/ spam in the Kado threads

My sides have been warped to the 40th dimension.

People who expected re:creators to be a trainwreck also happen to be retards.

Yeah, instead it's just boring trash

Am I the only one who is actually enjoying Kado?

Probably. It has completely missed the point.

Wew lad, that's one great bait and switch if I saw one.

yes

Are you enjoying your free audible experience user?

Cant be a trainwreck when it was never on track

>Still whining about episode 4

No, it's probably my favorite anime of the season.

>>the "thinking man's anime" that people kept declaring as AOTS
Really? I took one look at it and immediately passed on it. Not that Berserk or Re:Exposition is any better, though. People need to learn how to judge anime by its cover and be a smart person like me. BTW I rated all three those shows 1 on MAL.

No. In fact I doubt there are even people who drop it because of this. Some people were loudly upset and now shitposters have some cheap target.
See OP trying to start fanbasewar between Kado and Re:Creators.

>some cheap target
subtle way of saying the show is shit

I am actually. My favorite style of show is heavy dialogue interspersed with nice animation, all held together by competent direction. It's why I like the monogatari series, too.

Every political/economic/scifinthread got dropped in favor of harem hijinks and aliens yelling at each other about who loves humanity more.

I enjoyed it up to the point I suddenly just stopped watching it every week. It was even intentional, I just didn't really care anymore about their world.

Binged Sherlock instead.

>re:creators
>competent direction

I genuinely have no idea what you'd take issue with.

I know right? They should whine about ep 3 and 6 too since those were just as bad

So I just watched the latest episode.
Tell me. How mad were the fujos?

Ep 3 and 6 were the comfiest episodes. You are entitled to whine about 5, but not as much, because it had /k/ action and an actually competent government that doesn't shoot first.

tears are still flowing

>"thinking man's anime"

But that's clockwork planet, kado is just for ayy lmao level intellectuals.

>Sherlock
You disgust me.

Creators is just an excuse to group up different cliche characters together and make them fight each other.

I don't think it's awful but for sure it's neither anything special. Certainly watchable.

There are talks of attempting to harvest their rage in order to use it as an unlimited energy source, much like the Wam.

They already exploded when the preview pics came out showing the kiss

>trainwreck
no. a single unnecessary twist doesn't make a trainwreck. it's not even close to the bullshit things like VVV pulled.

>a few frames happen to look ok
This does not make up for the atrocious animation

Your disgust only makes me harder.

It's a pretty poorly done excuse. If they wanted just a battle royale then they should have cut off more from the creator side, instead we have a stupid cyber bullying plotline.

Artistic interpretation, pleb.

Shit with gold leaf flakes on top is still shit.

Yeah, but you know there is still gold.

Why did they do this?
Now it's a dumb
>superhero fights the evil
black and white dichotomy.
Me thinks they had no idea where to take the story, so they chose the effortless options i.e. go full retard and MUH SHOCKING PLOTTWEEEST.

Who the fuck approved the script for this show? This shit is even worse than rabu-rabu 'I don't like you at all, Shindo-kun!' Saraka.

Now Shindo seems like a self-insert for salarymen
>do nothing and get your cock sucked by 2 anisotropic beings, one of whom is a closeted yandere

The show went to shit, yes, but zaShunina's character arc is one of the most interesting I've seen in a long time.
It's just a shame such an interesting character is stuck in such a terrible narrative. I'll finish watching it because there's only two episodes left and I want to see how his arc concludes, but fuck every other character in this show.

>not thinking berserk is the worst anime adaption ever
>not thinking re:creators is an unmitigated disaster

well you have some shit taste

Those are different from being trainwreck of the season though.

>Cock: The Right Answer

Memes aside, I am kind of disappointed with the direction this took. However I'm still really enjoying it and I thought this episode was great. Especially all the Space Odyssey shit at the beginning.

that beginning was pure kino

It's not a battle royale. I don't really get why so many people struggle to get this anime. It's literally what its surface plot is about, exploring the relationship between Creator and creation, and using fictional characters as a stand in for us. I think people just completely misunderstood what it's trying to do and thought, from the first episode, that it would be predominantly an action show. It's good at what it wants to be, so far

I can't speak for everyone else, but personally I was hoping this show would follow the early-established theme of imperfect humanity being unable to receive perfect gifts. Like with the Wam, for instance, how it was politicized and the UN stepped in to interfere with the distribution of it. That was interesting because we had a totally benevolent being trying to give us an infinite amount of something good, but it being impossible to give to us because of our nature.

I was expecting the show to follow that through to its conclusion, with zaShunina giving humanity increasingly more extravagant gifts which are objectively good, but which humanity ruins because they are simply not ready for them. And then perhaps someone has to stop zaShunina in spite of his benevolence because the good things he is giving humanity are only making things worse.

It's pretty shitty at doing that too. If they wanted to explore that relationship then they should have focused on that instead of giving us 3 episodes of an transparent author infodump to serve as the backdrop for an action series. Red and Meteora had some arcs sort of focused around that, as poorly done as it was, but a bunch of characters barely give a shit. They are play it really safe and boring, with characters who are 'good' just sort of sweeping everything under the rug.

Either a more focused slice of life type story or a more grand battle royale would be better than the current meandering story. Most of the characters except for sharkteeth are just sitting around waiting for things to happen.

Seeing Shindo now isn't the reason to back him up to the Anisotrope. The Anisotrope uses lossless compression, while analogue forms are 'lossy'. What this means is that for each year the analogue Shindo sits on a cocoon, it will lose roughly 10% telomeric density, assuming you have access to Nova - it's about 15% on the anisotropic highway, but only 5% on Kado, due to rotational velocidensity. You don't want to know how much worse it is on cocoon or other analogue mediums.

I started collecting Shindos in about 2017, and if I try to get Shindo to respond to anything, even the most basic proposals, their behaviour is just crap. The neurology is terrible, the cortical and amygdala processing…well don’t get me started. Some of those analogue Shindos have degraded down to 10% or even 15% prime functioning. Lossless copies from the same period still sound great, even if they weren’t stored correctly, in a cool, dry place. Seriously, stick to preservation by the Anisotrope, you may not be able to detect the difference now, but in a year or two, you’ll be glad you did.

I'll take 10.

3D Chihaya did nothing wrong

This is the ending we're getting. You can rage all you want now.
