The first number being the shows they liked from your list, the second number being the shows they recognised. Sometimes they'll do the + and - [title] format instead of numbers
It's kind of a way for people to feel validated in their tastes, I guess.
Personally I just like these because my tastes are older and 50% never made it to FotM status so I just like seeing other people who enjoy the same shit I do.
