Who's the better hero?
Who's the better hero?
Deku-kun
Should be between the two best characters from their respective series:
Bakugou and Genos.
Obviously deku
Ibviously genos
Poor Deku, thought of justice and broke all his bones.
Deku
saitama has saved more people
:thoughts:
Saitama ez
Comparison is dumb because Midoriya still has a A LOT of growing up to do. When he fully matures , I think deku would be WAYYY better then saitama.
They're both good when it comes to heroic inspiration
What is a hero?
Deku is basically pre-limiter-breaking Saitama in terms of being an absolute madman that got his shit kicked in repeatedly against monstrous enemies.
so are these characters in the same universe or what?
Saitama.
Goku and luffy
The thing us goku and luffy don't even want to be heroes, so they don't go around like fags screaming "we are heroes notice us" they just happen to be guys who do good things without expecting anything in return
Deku seems to be more interested in helping people whereas helping people seems to be more a side effect of him trying to find a good fight.
Saitama isnt a very good hero at all, so Deku wins by default
But what really makes a better hero?
Deku is a kid who only dreamed of being a hero and just lucked out with a once in a lifetime meeting with an iconic individual. Keeps injuring himself in his pursuit of becoming a hero but still tries his best.
Saitama is an adult who made his dream into reality all on his own power and determination. Went through a lot of hardships and challenges before becoming overpowered and continues being a hero despite being ridiculed and despised by thankless and cynical people.
In terms of standards and values? Equal I can say (if we don't put in Saitama's killing policy against monsters that harm humans). On the other hand Saitama doesn't into minimizing collateral damage.
In terms of power however, Saitama is a OP gag character, so here it would be unjust to compare Deku to him.
But Saitama does minimize collateral damage by finishing a fight quickly and thereby preventing an encounter from escalating into a more destructive drawn out battle.
Deku is a better hero than Saitama and All Might is stronger hero than Saitama.
Garou > Stain
Does it matter?
Does it really fucking matter?
The problem is that he doesn't really make any attempts to prevent unnecessary collateral damage after the fight, even when doing so is fully within his capabilities.
...
heroic bait
I can only think of the giant falling down and during his spar with Genos and maybe with Tatsumaki as well. Saitama's fights inside urban areas are pretty contained.
Why do people take the OPM bait so seriously? The guys name is fucking OPM and its basically a gag shonen. His story is being the strongest person in the universe, not becoming the strongest person.
saitama is the better hero. Deku is the better character
>Deku is the better character
One of the weaker protags around. Hell, the manga doesn't even want to focus heavily on his development anymore. I would have liked him more if the author made him a quirkless hero as originally intended.
I agree but I feel like I'm in the minority bc I don't like Deku or Bakugou that much currently. Hopw they develop a bit more after the current arc
>one of the weaker protag
yeah why can't Deku be more developed and eat a lot of food and like to fight a lot
man so boring
Did you even read One Punch Man...
You know speaking of quirkless hero. Why isn't there a character like Mumen Rider in Boku no Hero Academia anyway? You'd think a character like that would be good for Deku as a character
>Better hero
Saitama
>Better hero spirit
Deku
>Better character
Saitama, Deku is pretty cliche
I like both
Read vigilantes
You are a minority. Just stop reading.
>Hell, the manga doesn't even want to focus heavily on his development anymore
5 chapters ago...
>MUH QUIRKLESS HERO
This is why none of you should write stories
