You can download skillsets for your android too, from the Internet or from a local store, and install them. You might have to buy a skillset package though, but software pirates will release them for free. Some skillset packages might require a liscense from the government to own, such as skillsets involving military or combat skills, but you can also pirate these. This will all be possible through android standardization. This technology is less than 50 years away. AI will even run our governing system, it will be the government.
