What happened?
Anime confirmed.
We are living in a exciting world where nothing new and trully amusing is being released so they have to use older gems. That's why Yamato, Patlabot, LoGH and others are being given new life.
>Anime confirmed.
Unpossible.
What timeline are we in again?
Is it 100% confirmed?
animenewsnetwork.com
That's the power of Steins;Gate, Sup Forumsnon.
We jumped to the best world line.
>all of these older /m/ projects being revived
Does this mean /m/ will finally be more than 50 people?
THIS IS THE BEST TIMELINE
I'VE WAITED YEARS FOR THIS
>ww3 soon
>new patlabor anime
Nice.
I like Pluto mostly because it's retro. I feel like Japan has moved away from idolizing the 1960's vision of the future as depicted in Ishinomori works or Giant Robo.
But Pluto is still fanfiction. It shouldn't get anymore praise than Shingeki no Kyojin Chuugakou.
Whens his next manga coming out
It's absolutely FANTASTIC fanfiction from a exploitable source material.
oh great another retrace like monster
What's next?
I hope:
20th century boys and i am a hero
as long as we change the timeline again.
>Patlabor?
What? When?
I am a hero had a fucking bullshit ending, and basically got worse and worse with the aliens shit, 21th centory boys would be nice but only if they delete everything that happened after the timeskip.
Shingeki no Kyojin Chuugakou is shitty fanfiction you only read when you're bored.
Pluto is high quality fanfiction you can read without cringing
Why not just adapt 20th Century Boys?
what bothers me is that, on the promotional material so far, Gesicht is almost always in the background despite being the main character until almost the very end.
I wonder how true the adaption is gonna be the source material
Boys on the Run anime when
oh course he's going to be in the back, Pluto is a retelling of an Astro Boy arc
Pluto anime just in 2020
Phew. Can't wait for inevitable Olympics airing delays as well!
Because it's impossible to foolow the plot after a certain point. You have to pen'n'paper it to simply not get lost.
Fuck, the part with North 2 and the pianist is going to be amazing with actual music.
Oh yeah, there's gonna be that weird Taylor short too. It looks kind of stupid (if they make the new Azalyn a tsundere like she seems to be in promo art I will eat my entire fucking computer), but hey, it's Tyler.
Careful what you wish for.
autocorrect is a lazy sod, but hopefully everyone knows who I meant.
more like Bonner of the stars am i rite
Has there not been a previous thread of this news?
Which timeskip?
Did you even read the manga?
>We're going to see Pluto vs Hercules animated in our lifetime
Vinland Saga Prologue is next.
Is it actually, actually confirmed? I saw the image of the poster, coupled with new Patlabor, but I'm not sure about the context. What's to say the "announcement" isn't just stylished poster?
I'm so used to disappointments I'm not buying this shit until it's 100 % certain.
Both were revealed at GENCO's booth at Annency. Pluto's going to be directed by Masao Maruyama at Studio M2.
It's been confirmed yeah, no need to worry.
>Pluto's going to be directed by Masao Maruyama
Produced. He's not a director.
I hope it has good pacing, otherwise they are going to fuck it up
probably Lucky star s2, 10th anniversary soon
Followed by Haruhi and Spice & Wolf
Is the english edition any good? I own the Japanese premium ones...
>CG season 3 is happening
>madhouse is making a season 2 of something
>now there's a Pluto anime and a new Patlabor
This is just to name a few of the surprising events in anime in the last like, year or so.
All I can hope for now is that Hokago Play finally gets the anime it deserves and that it causes someone to pick the fucking translations back up
