Some tips for starting an ethnostate in the US.

90% of property taxes are paid to the county, school district, and municipality. If you can get a population large enough to control all three you can keep all your property tax money in your ecosystem.

501(c)(7) is a private recreational club (a country club). They are specifically exempt from being racist. That's how rich golf courses keep niggers out. Country clubs are allowed to own residential housing if it is soley rented out to club members. This is a good basis for a legal means of keeping other races out.

There's already a history of industial production in the UP that was mysteriously abandoned. It has everything that is needed, in fact Calumet almost became the state capitol over a century ago. Land is dirt cheap in the UP and the population is low at the moment, it has the capacity to support millions and millions of people. The UP (and northern WI and MN) is very cold and has a short growing season. It's tolerable, but not ideal. I'll share one of my simplistic maps for finding an ideal location.

The climate of the UP is quite different than the more inland and western regions due to the effects of the lakes. MN gets nostril-freeze cold but that doesn't happen anywhere in MI. Michigan just gets loads of snow. I love the snow.

Iron mining requires downstream buyers. It's surprisingly oligopolical in mining industries. You could make a vertically integrated company that makes iron and steel items (probably something like handtools, knives, ect.). You'd still have to deal with US regulations. It might be viable if you knew what you were doing, but without expertise you'd probably lose your ass. The startup costs would also be higher than other options.

I was thrown off by the fact that the map assigned a high population to the UP. It actually has the lowest population density of an inhabitable region in the USA. I'm kind of astonished at the fact that more people don't live there, it's 16 thousand square miles of land blessed with the highest concentration of fresh water on the planet and only 300 thousand people live there. My point is that the ore exists in concentrated amounts in the region, and operations were abandoned for a few different reasons. The metal is too pure, for example. The relevant geological history of the region began a couple billion years ago when a super volcano erupted, which brought all that ore to the surface. When a sufficiently large network of these places have been established we can move on to the bigger picture.

In either case I would like to push for the option of building these collectives or villages in warmer climates for various reasons.

1. There is no reason whites MUST live in cold climates. If it is to make the settlement unappealing to immigrants the lack of gibs and the outward political cause will do just fine.

2. It's more beneficial to start a collective in warmer climates whereas the winter pretty much halts every progress in building up the community. The cost/labour for warming, lightning, plowing etc can be done away with.

3. Being self sustainable and able to live off the land is crucial in our pursuit. We cannot rely on our opponents good intentions of not "shutting us down". The benefits of farming in warmer climates are self explanatory.

There are several white ethnostate movements.

All of them fail because of one simple purpose.
They rely on money. They need a million or so to build a proper land (obtaining technical independence in international law is simple) and they do not use what Sup Forums does have to their advantage.

We shouldn't be working to buy land somewhere, we should be working to get someone elected to a governor office (if U.S.A) and go from there (after obtaining the office it would be a simple matter to obtain some form of money to buy land and go with option A later on)
