The manga is currently 220 chapters in. The first and second season covered around 60 chapters each, so this season probably cover up to 170. Erina's past will be revealed and we'll see Soma getting closer to Erina.

The manga should have been mostly SoL that explored the characters with an occasional cooking battle.

There's a really good arc before the drama and then everything went to shit, right now the manga is getting better but it will take some time for the anime to get there.
