Dungeon Meshi

This is an elf from a cooking manga resurrecting a previously digested cleric with the blood of a dragon.

It's pretty good

Why is Marcille such a CUTE?

You had two sentences. Decided against spoiling both and not spoiling either. Then chose what was, according to your opinion, the most appropriate one to conceal.
Totally nailed it.

may she be the author's self insert?

I want to insert myself into the author.

Is it normal that I want to rub my face on her feet?

Great eyes + ears, the most expressive face. No in-your-face cuteness, her cuteness is build on her character. Subtle changes in her dress and hair style throught the series. Has faults, can be the laughing stock, but has also moments in which she shines.
And yeah, probably the authors self-insert

not exactly

The fact that the cleric gets eaten by a dragon and they have to resurrect her is the entire premise of the series and happens within the first chapter. Them trying to resurrect her at some point in the series isn't really a spoiler when its been their goal from the start. The real spoiler is they can't use the normal resurrection spell because there is too little energy left in her corpse for the spell to work due to only her bones being left, so they tie her into the dungeon itself to use its energy to jumpstart the process but this makes her a part of the dungeon and under the scorcerer's control.

More of this.
FarlynxRedDragon

...

I want to use Marcille as a pickle press!

>that pic

Looks like some shit from Pillars of Eternity.

we NEED more interracial couples in this manga.

>elf from a /ck/ manga
>lanky as fuck
>elf from /fit/ manga
>fat as fuck
Nani?

/ck/ people actually enjoy food, so they don't gorge themselves on huge amounts of burgers and fries.

/fit/ people get fat whenever they fall for the GOMAD meme.

How soft exactly is she?

Monsters in the dungeon don't have souls. Farlyn is being controlled because she's now part of the dungeon (which is why she can do super cast free magic thanks to technically unlimited mana) which the scorcerer controls and the scorcerer is treating her as the dragon because her new body was made from its flesh. Not because soul got mixed with the dragons. Iirc substituting missing mass from an animal is standard procedure, the issue is when they get parts mixed in from other people.

The author is a grill?

Yes.

Why are women so much better as mangakas?

5/10
She's is a petite one, no fat at all.

They don't.
You judge by one of the exceptional ones.
They are the same, you just see men as mangakas more often. And what a surprise, there're good ones too.

Is this true?

Honestly, I'm not all that interested in hearing this reasonable shit from you; but women do write girls infinitely better than men.

Yea, better stay delusional.

This but only in doujins

That's how she joined the group.

>a person from group A is better at describing people from group A
This is trivial.

That's what I'm saying. 3D is the root of all good 2D.

The author is just good. I can undertand why that was not you first thought regarding manga.

It's not that I think that Marcille is her self-insert, or that I'm inclining towards that thought, I'm only considering the possibility.
And I like DM, if I didn't consider it good I wouldn't still be reading it.

>Them trying to resurrect her at some point in the series isn't really a spoiler when its been their goal from the start.
No you retard, it's still a spoiler even if it's something the character intended to do, it's like saying "Sauron dies at the end" at someone who haven't heard of LOTR. You disgust me.

>Them trying to resurrect her at some point in the series isn't really a spoiler when its been their goal from the start.
That HASN'T BEEN their goal from the start. Their goal at the start was to RESCUE her, because there was a chance she was still alive. That's why they went down into the dungeon with low supplies in the first place, and it's also why the reveal that she was dead was one big page.

those are some fat legs

That's not true, they thought she was dead, they just thought she wouldn't be digested yet because red dragons usually have slow digestion cycles. The surprise was that she was a pile of bone.

What the fuck? No.
She was definitely dead, no matter what, and they knew it from the start. It was just a matter of whether they could get to her fast enough before she was too digested to be resurrected, since dragon digestion is just slow enough.

The first chapter they literally question whether or not someone has ever been resurrected from poop. They knew she was dead and eaten right from the start because she hadn't tried to use magic to teleport out herself or contact them.

You mean they try to destroy the ring at some point? Thanks a lot user, I never would have figured that out when they left on a quest to destroy the ring.
