What actual laws were broken by the FBI/DOJ/DNC as described in the memo? I'm not talking about questionable ethics, but actual legal violations.
Maybe I'm just too dumb but although there seemed to be an obvious Anti-Trump bias by an FBI source (is that illegal?) and some use of information that originated from the DNC, I don't see any laws being broken. Someone help me out.

Here's the thing. Even if they didn't know at the beginning that the pissgate dossier was fake, the found out very early on that it was fake. Instead of coming clean and admitting this, the DNC has spent millions upon millions just to not come clean about it. Furthermore, they have added on more to it, just to try and attempt to make it seem credible when it isn't.

The FBI is supposed to tell the FISA court everything that is relevant when they apply for a warrant. They didn't.

It would ultimately be up to the judges to do anything about it, but lying or knowingly misrepresenting facts to the FISA courts would be illegal.

The FBI/DOJ submitted their request for a warrant to the FISA court without telling them they knew the dossier was fake and created at the behest of the DNC, and then renewed their request using the same dossier. The FBI deputy also acknowledged that they wouldn't have been able to obtain the warrant otherwise.
Lying to a court in order to obtain a warrant is illegal, whoever submitted the request could be charged with obstruction of justice.
