Could be fun; I don't know what the deciding factors for serialization are however. Popularity of the one-shot?

I would love to see it serialized, but we would probably have to wait quite a while for that to happen, considering the author just started Black Torch earlier this year.

Too early to tell, it could go that way, but it's got potential, it could be good.

Between the slutty nun habit, the blatant panty shot, and the CHURCH IS EVIL LETZ KILL EM! I have a pretty good sense of what kind of manga this is going to be and I know I'm not going to be interested.
Now, if they were going to stay priests/monks and get a Hellboy type situation of the demon kid and his book sister to fight the forces of evil, I might be more inclined to read.
Should have actually killed the sister, make the brother actually have to figure shit out on his own, instead of being another beta whipping boy that just gets verbally abused by the hot girl.

Yeah, church/angels/god is evil and demons are the good guys its getting repetitive .

I'm just spitballing here, but it could have been a good twist/reveal later on in the story. Have the head Priest have to come clean about how they sacrificed their mother's soul to eternal suffering so that they could get some demon weapons to fight off the encroaching darkness. Weighing the soul of one against all of those that the two kids have saved.
Throwing it into the first chapter with some mustache twirling evil priest is just lazy. I can practically hear the mangaka laughing and saying, "damn I'm so clever!" through the pages.

Well if that doesn't suit you then it doesn't suit you... I like the setup, and I think the brother-sister relationship here is quite good since it's got room to grow (eg she has the looks and the power, he got jack shit, does their bond last?). It could be a cliche, siblings overcome all kind of thing, or it could be good with a bit of jealousy added in.

The MCs are good guys and have demonic powers, but I think the actual demons in this are evil as well. Or at least chaotic neutral.

well, a battle against the church means battle against other demons, and exorcists. it has the possibility to extend his universe for at least 50 chapters before the inevitable death of the brother and her making another contract with a demon

The relationship between the two siblings will make or break the story as far as I'm concerned. The bits where they're arguing or whatever were nice (even if a tad heavy handed).
As it is, it's all up in the air, so who knows how it'll turn out. I'll keep it on my radar for a few more issues, but I'm not gonna hold my breath.

Seems more likely that the girl is going to be looking for the grimoire that summoned the demon so that they can make a new contract to release their mother. Or something.
