Communism in practice exists, and has existed since the dawn of man under the name communalism. It is what just about every backwards tribal community has always run under and leads to nothing productive and no innovation. When you actually boil the tenets of your ideology down you would be able to see this, but since you're probably just a brainwashed midwit you believe others when they say it'll solve everything and fail to objectively look at both its strengths and faults.
Communism works in very small groups. Like a family. But as it grows it gets shittier and lots of people die to "make it work".
If I do a certain amount of work, I get a certain amount of resources. If my neighbor does a different amount of work, he must get the same amount of resources, since otherwise it's closer to capitalism than communism. Now, there will be a difference of work done and resources gained between two people. This difference represents useless work for one party. Doing work for nothing leads to resentment. In the best case scenario, that resentment leads to ever lowering working efficiency. In worse cases it leads to corruption, crime and revolution. Whatever the case, your communist system will deteriorate with time until it is no longer capable of sustaining itself without violence. The only exception to this is if work has no value at all, i.e., if we have infinite resources. But we don't, and we never will. tldr; communism can't work.
