Cardio is decent to suplement high weight lifting if you have a sedetary lifestyle.
In college I didn't need it because of walking around campus and to parties and stuff.
Now I have a workout bike with a flat seat (not a ball squeezing seat) so that I can do 20 minute sprints for cardio.

My bike workout is 20 minutes of 2.5 minutes of warm up, 1.5 sprint, repeated 5 times with a 1 minute cooldown
My weight workout is heavy weights going ham, usually a 5x5 and a 1x5 workout
