In my experience with the girls that I know in my area, you can only trust them for as long as you can keep them interested, show them sufficient attention, or keep following their orders - the second you gain some weight and/or don’t answer to their every beckon and call, they INSTANTLY hop on snapchat and start sending pictures of themselves in their underware or nude to every guy who is showing interest in them. And then of course, a lot of them go as far as to cheat.
