The premise is silly and textbook erotic fantasy. But it feels like the author is subtly nudging it towards erotic horror.
The characters (mostly the MC, but others to some extent) don't act out their roles quite as you'd expect in either ecchi or hentai. He doesn't fuck around, and engages in sex immediately as anyone would, but he also has concerns unrelated to next coitus, like "why isn't there anyone over 20" and "if no guys were around for millennia, how were people born". Also when he learns the nature of the curse, you'd expect the protagonist of an eromanga to then make it his goal to sleep with literally everyone, but MC concedes right off the bat that that's just unfeasible.
I dunno, I think there's some serious potential.
