Actually, almost all the media outlets didn't even report info from the dossier in Fall 2016 because even they could tell how fake it was. MSM didn't report on dossier until Buzzfeed released it in Jan 2017.

Pretty much everyone had a newspaper subscription. Any kind of "Conspiracy theory" that maybe a friend of a parent would talk about that he heard on the radio was a wack job. You DO NOT talk publicly of such things! At least in my family. That's how we grew up. I am the black sheep of the family. I questioned everything. That was frowned upon. So yeah, with the access to info that was openly around, & a lot of the older peoples attitudes about how you must trust the news people, & what the Government said. But also, back then, There were REAL journalists. Who actually did report things & research them. So it was easy to trust them. Now they are all a big joke. There is ZERO news programs that just report the news with ZERO opinion. I miss that so much. I just want to know details. Not how it hurts someones feelings. Of some overpaid news anchor.
