The Rosario+Vampire anime is easily the worst adaptation ever. Not only is it completely different from the manga, on its own the show is shit too.

Disco Lady best opening ever.

Why are there so many Rosario+Vampire threads today?
Not that I'm complaining.

>this was one of the first anime I watched
>thought it was amazing
If I went back to watch this I'd probably be disappointed with myself

I mean season 1 was okay for what it was at least for me at the time, but both seasons were indeed awful adaptions.

I'll always appreciate that the series introduced me to Nana Mizuki as a singer so I try to not to get too annoyed with it.

my """""friend""""" thought it was the shit, tried really hard to get me to watch it.

couldn't make it past the first episode.

I never watched the Rosario+Vampire, but I always loved the Snow woman design, it was such a surpirse to discover that she was voiced by the Queen tsundere. I always thought she had a more cool voice.

At least it still captured the idea that Mizore and Kurumu are much better than the main girl.

Also I'm still mad the author pulled back from hooking them up since they were going to lose anyway.

I just rewatched it and it aged like milk.

So sad since I was obsessed with it when it came out.

I knew it was kind of bad, but somehow it made me feel less alone. The characters made so happy.

>The Rosario+Vampire anime is easily the worst adaptation ever.
Compared to the source material, yes.
> on its own the show is shit too.
It's trying to be something else. For what it's trying to be, it's amusing enough. It would be nice to have a faithful adaptation of the series though.

>Also I'm still mad the author pulled back from hooking them up since they were going to lose anyway.
But user, Kurumu and Mizore even had a child together

Best girl without question

New season coming

Fuck you. I liked it.

Everyone was better then moka.

Don't be cruel, user

Agreed, manga is leagues better. Tsukune is pretty badass compared to aniggerme

Pink Moka? Yes. Silver Moka? Hell no.

read the manga when it was first published in english, actually bought all 24 volumes + JP guidebook. Haven't watched the anime yet and I think ill keep it that way

...

...

>those cardboard cutouts

...

GONZO'D!

>I'm still mad the author pulled back from hooking them up since they were going to lose anyway.
Editors and pandering ruining everything as always.

>kurumu breaking down
The anime could have been soo much darker.

Afaik the author was going to make everyone move on and have Tsukune end up in a monogamous relationship with Moka but the editor stepped in and we got that shitty nebulous harem end instead

Didn't end at the end of second year?
He totally could have gone into senior year and wrapped things up, the RV world is extremely unique and open to exploration.

I mean look at how White Wolf does the world of darkness setting, this is basically that.

The author left some plot elements open and dissapeared. Like the remaining members of the monsters group forming a new organisation or what will Moka's father will teach Tsukune. But the ending was alright unless you are mad at the whole My Moka thing

I hate both harem ends and open ends, so you can imagine how annoyed I was. Also I felt it could've gone a bit longer like you and said. Everything else about the ending as a whole was satisfying enough though.

Both were shit and infuriating, like all harem garbage.
I can't believe I put myself through it. It's like eating your way through a litter box hoping eventually one will be chocolate.

I hope the author trips on the subway, tearing off a woman's blouse in a panicked attempt to prevent a fall. Then after a series of physical slapsticks end up with his face wedged between her buxom breasts, completely by accident.
Then she sues him for sexual harassment and wins.

Season 1 of the manga was great. I really enjoyed how serious it got. But then we got Season 2 of the manga which was basically a carbon copy of the anime. Or the other way around. It doesn't really matter but the point is made.

Even though Tsukune is not the kind of guy that would have a polygamous relationship i thogh that since his harem all were good friends he could have a decent harem ending.
Unlike Moka's father who couldn't handle two women without making one want to kill the other.
Also what's with Tsukune turning gay everytime Hokuto was near? I know he loves peace but still. He even opened up a little to FangDang when he said he wanted to bring peace to his family.

>I hate harem ends in harem series
I honestly hate people like you, why do you exist? I don't understand, do you watch soccer or some other ball related sport and complain about the fact balls exist? do you watch cartoons only to wish that they aren't animated? Do you order spicy food only to complain that it's spicy? Just stop.

Harem ends in harem series hardly ever happen you nignog
