Ok Touken bros, we have to accept it. Touka will most likely die in the next chapters. After countless hours checking the archive, Dumblr, Leddit and some Youtube comments I’ve finally came with a conclusion. This was planned since last year by Ishida, and it was hinted by many poems, art by Ishida for each character birthday including Touka, Kaneki and Suzuya. If the madman actually delivers Touka is DEAD. After Kaneki decides to attack the CCG, maybe because he realizes he needs to gain some territory or just because he wants to save Yoriko. Touka decides to go even she is malnourished and obviously without Kaneki’s permission. A big battle occurs and Touka andn Keneki are left against Suzuya, but they clearly aren’t match for him sience they are starving. Touka receives a mortal blow from Suzuya to the stomach with which he notices he was pregnant. Kaneki goes crazy and kills Suzuya. Being broken he retreats to the 24th ward depths where he finds Eto and the original King and totally loses himself to their influence, preparing for part 3.

But not all hope is lost, there is actually some points that don’t add up. The most important thing being pic related
