I was crying tears of joy. Hearing her talk and laugh right in front of me was an experience that I couldn't prepare myself for. She was so energetic, airheaded and happy. It made me especially happy when she was so surprised when I gave her the poster of all of her roles. I wanted to tell her she was my favorite seiyuu in Japanese but I was too starstruck and ended up saying it in English, but her managers translated. Mai waifu is Amu Hinamori, her first role, and hearing her talk about Amu made me so happy. How her first role was a major one, how she cried after auditions because she got the role, and how friends and family members said she acts just like Amu. I never thought I'd see Kanae Itou in my life, and seeing her is probably the greatest moment of real life I will ever have.
I really suggest, if you love your seiyuus that much, to try hard and get to meet them.
My only regret is I could have asked better questions.
