Alight fellas, it's time to come out admit this was completely fake. Some of you have done this and I commend those of you who have had the wisdom to do this, but many of you still haven't and this needs to come to an end now. Literally nothing happened, there was no storm, no power structures were upended and none of these 'predictions' came true. As far as I can tell this was the biggest exercise in confirmation bias that Sup Forums has ever seen. Obviously, if you take a massively complicated narrative stream like we got from these Q-user posts, claim that it's coded language about future events and then when something happens claim that it was predicted by something obscure in one of the posts you're always going to be right. This is the way that things like Nostradamus or Bible prophecy works. There is literally no way for you to be wrong if you do this, and this is why it's dangerous.
We need to get back to our roots, which were decidedly more skeptical than this entire exercise. We talk a lot about slide threads on this site, but if we are being honest this entire Q user phenomenon was a massive slide thread which lead us through the wilderness for nearly three months. This was a gigantic waste of time and energy and in the end only succeeded in sewing discord amongst our side. Which leads me to believe it may in fact have been a huge experiment pushed by those who oppose us just to see how much they could mess with us, and we ate it up, not everyone, but a lot of us.
We got to be smarter this, we simply cannot waste this much time on things like this anymore, the stakes are to damn high for this type of nonsense to gain traction in our community again. Ask yourself, 'What could we have been working on if we hadn't been side tracked?'.
The most important thing we can do in the wake of this is to ponder how we can prevent this type of thing from happening again?
