The rest [Shinohayu, Toki, Biyori] is always on the 25th of the month (Big Gangan), unless it falls on a Sunday as it did in June (released 6/24).
This schedue does not include national holidays (e.g. Golden Week in May), or authors (usually Ritz) skipping an issue for whatever reason.
