In Detroit or Baltimore cops won't/can't even show up for a murder for an hour or two so people don't even bother calling them. Those scanners are very slow.

I've got about 20 bingo cards. A lot of this stuff is better for summer though.... there's a little more coonery and some of this stuff is more summer nigger activities.
For example, haven't heard of a hammer attack in a few months but there was 3 or 4 a week this summer.
