If you really wanted to resist the Swedish government, what you would do is actions that cause the public to agree with you over the government, and actions where the government spends more money and resources than you do.
An example is a march by some nationalist Swedish group in a place where it is legal to walk. The police showed up in force, with helicopters, and arrested multiple people, who eventually got off without charges cause they were just walking around.
If you could force things like that march to happen frequently you would simultaneously stretch already depleted government resources (accelerating the problem of migrant crime) and get the public to support you because your rights are being trampled.

I agree with you that importing refugees has not worked out for the Swedish government. In my next video I'm going to get into how it has failed, and, why. I do think that the Swedish government intended for it to work - i.e. that they intended for the migrants to actually, eventually, produce more in taxes than they consume in government services.

I think the issue is that the government believes the "all people are equal" idea. They have an aging population an lots of government services. They need more tax payers.
