Why are Arabs okay with being a minority in their own countries?

Even Saudi Arabia, the homeland of Arabs, is pushing it - Arabs being 67% of the country (percentage-wise, less than the Germans in Germany).
Aren't Arabs pissed that their nations are filled with migrant workers - Indians, Pakis, Flips, etc?

In those countries, the migrants dont have any rights and will lilely be deported, imprisoned or executed for chimping out. They also only work shit jobs like service and manual labour and are normally only allowed to do low paying work

yeah it's called NEOM, could be a massive failure though but it's better than relying on oil indefinitely. Also I don't see how they can do it cause their education system is primarily religious in nature and they have amongst the smallest amount opf scientists and engineers in the world. Can't see it happening unless the education system is completely overhauled to actually teach things that sustain a civilization like medicine, engineering and science.
