I got you my man.

It's not that she won the MCbowl. The other girls were barely in the running. It's that she completely won everything she wanted in life. She gets to live a ghostly life, free of responsibility, playing and having fun all day, ever day, with the boy she likes. The entire series was about getting her to stop running away and to face her problems head on. And her prize for finally doing that was never having to worry about anything else ever again.

She's basically living the NEET dream, except it's realistic, since she's an attractive girl.

>Best part of the anime is the 4koma side stories at the end
>Finale has none of them and focuses on Shitboy and Dullasfuckgirl
>LINE saves the day
I'm just glad it's over.

If you didn't find their autistic romance to be adorable, you have no heart.

Obvious choice

I think that is legit the only thing people remember from that show.

...

I wonder if people are still mad

In fact, the show was good, but somewhat bland. Inaban and Miyuki Sawashiro pulled it out.

...

Considering the "prize" I wouldn't exactly say she won.

I'll take that as a yes then.

No.

Oldfags will remember

It was a good show, it's just that I've only watched it recently and it's funny to me that "I've masturbated to you before" is the immediate association every time it's mentioned, while it definitely had a lot more going for it.

Like the later scene where she confesses she had a wet dream about him and had to finish herself off when she woke up.

Oh yeah, she won her own bowl too, didn't she?

Nah. I actually dropped the show, it was to boring.

...

>VN that lets you choose any girl
>"This girl is the undeniable winner!"

Kinda defeats the point of being able to choose between a number of girls when only one of them is canon to be honest.

wait spoonfeed me, did the main character actually get over the psycho bitch?

wait for vol 3 user

He admits that he's unworthy of her.

Bentenfags are this desperate for healing after she got continuously blown the fuck out.

We don't know if he's actually over her, but he did basically outright admit he's not the one she needs and was the one who reinitiated his marriage with Kasei.

The show basically set up a love interest for everyone in season 2 and yasabouro and kaisei is basically set in stone at this point

yes, and she gets BTFO

It's a bit of a long story but the short answer is yes. Her fanboys are on damage control to devalue it at all but Kaisei won a pretty decisive victory.

Just to really sell how BTFO she is by the end. Yasaburou and Kaisei get a happy end where they reinstate their marriage enthusiastically whilst Yasaburou's grandmother basically says it was fate that they would end up together. Whereas Benten is left more or less alone for the foreseeable future.

The thing people seem to forget when they damage control for Benten, is that Benten represent carefreeness and the dangers that come from it, shes a harm to Yasaburou and everyone around her. She finally loses her place at the top and was reduced to a crying little child. Kaisei represents accepting responsibilities and growing up. Yasaburou's whole character development is him realizing his carefree way of living only brings harm onto him and others. Him getting with Benten would just be retarded.

He really just needed to see what Kaisei looked like to realize how to get better taste in waifus.

Does benten get more btfo in the novels?

The anime has adapted the entirety of both novels aside from some small details and throwaway scenes. Shes about equally blown the fuck out. Next novel will be heavilly focused on tengu so who knows how much more blown the fuck out she will get or if she will finally grow up.

The simple fact of the matter is, Nidaime is a hero who saves uchouten kaozku.

He's the one who makes the first move. That basically says it all.

yes
