There are volunteer women in army, but they're mostly put to supporting branches like mainteance and anti-air. As far as I know there are no women being trained for frontline combat missions or anything requiring constant heavy lifting.
There are no special rules about transsexuals, by law they are required to serve until they officially change their gender Just being gay or having gender identity disorders is not enough to be exempted from service. Majority of them have mental health issues to avoid being conscripted or just choose a year of civilian service instead.
