honestly thought about burning the fucking thing down, cant sell it, isnt worth much but dont want to sell it for another 2 years by then my mom will get 100% of the profit instead of 40%. People who are victims of things like this need to get together without getting honey potted. There is nobody to represent home owners and the home owners associations are corrupt entities so you have no choice but to find other means which ironically could incriminate you long before incriminating the city or state for theft.
I knew a guy who was found guilty, despite being innocent with an Alibi and many people to voucher for him. He spent 40 years in prison and the real criminal ended up in prison a few years after an innocent guy was sentenced to 40 years. They kept the innocent guy in prison because they didn't want to deal with the backlash of trying to let him out. Lawyers wouldn't take his case locally.
The issue with this is that the people who had their property stolen would be prosecuted or killed on their own property defending it long before the very system that is suppose to serve them will do so. If only Hitler wasn't a white nationalist I would happily take his side.
If a bank stole a home that I had spent years paying off, I would legit go on a murder spree at their corporate headquarters. Executives have to learn that there are consequences for this shit.

The problem is that these people are picking off the small guys first... After they steal these peoples houses, they will obviously do the same to everybody else as they gain more power. It's really difficult to find local lawyers in corrupt cities. Normally they only contact you when you get a speeding ticket or something because they know you'd just be wasting your money trying to fight it.

Yeah it sucks, my mom and i and my gpa and my wife have all set down and talked about it, bc we are all worried. One idea we had was, for my gpa to live with my mom, put his house on the loan as its nice and really good shape. Then sell my moms house max profit. I bought a mobile home and set it up on the land my moms new house is on. Im in my late 20's and im the only person i know my age that owns a home. I dont have nice car tho. Anyway if we do all that, my uncle cant just auction off the house the day my gpa passes, he tried to do that when my gma passed it was tramatic. Literally withing 2-3days of her dying he started boxing shit of hers to auction, with no remorse. My gpa let him reluctantly, but regretted it ever since. When we do sell my moms house will have to spend most if not all of the profits on replacing the water lines at the new house we bought, seems like one thing after another .
