A-1 are great though. They just adapt a lot of shit.
Wyatt Murphy
>PA is back to using Okada Good thing it is just a shitty movie.
Benjamin Cox
she's gonna direct? hory shittu
Oliver Watson
After I got NagiAsu off my backlog I refuse to watch anything Okada ever again.
Andrew Gonzalez
She'll finally be free of Nagai and people will acknowledge her genius.
Brandon Johnson
The writer is a mixed bag. It's the main dude from 5pb; he wrote the Science Adventure series.
Carter Evans
So we can have Steins;Gate, or Robotics;Notes. At least it will be pretty.
Gavin Brown
>Demon girls >nishigori
Picked the fuck up
Luis Lopez
I hope it airs in Winter 2018 so that both Shaft and Trigger burn down in direct contest against KyoAni.
Kayden Gonzalez
>DARLING U-Urusei Yatsura, is that you?
Evan Perez
Or Plastic Memories.
Michael Williams
>tfw enjoyed all of these Now I'm a bit more optimistic.
Jose Hernandez
MC can not have a unique personality or traits for various reasons
> It is difficult to write a story where the MC is really important to the plot is much easier to write: "MC sees a cute girl in danger, so he saves her, this leads him to fight against oppressor establishment" The plot happens and the MC does what it does simply because plot, it would be problematic if the MC had a personality beyond the Light Novel Guy, he is the equivalent of an old JRPG protagonist who did not speak and we simply do quest to quest in a linear way, he follows the plot
Already something like...
"MC saves the girl, because he has an interest of his own, then the situation becomes unfavorable and he must decide what to do with the girl" The MC causes the plot, why did he save the girl? What are the consequences of saving the girl? What will he do about it? Why did he choose to save / leave the girl? How does he feel about this? Etc ... In this type of plot it is impressible that the MC has a very well-defined personality, because this will be the basis of the plot
> If the character is not generic, it does not appeal to the least common denominator, some people will like it others will hate it, it is preferable to have a reaction "meh ..." this goes decreases the MC rejection chace
>If you do not try it will not fail
>> It's quick and easy to make a mediocre story, the faster the production, the faster the money goes in, is a relatively quantifiable source of income
Brody Lee
You are confusing Sup Forums with certain ponyfucker
Robert Moore
It's probably Fall.
Nathan Sanchez
Looks like Guilty Crown
Brandon Diaz
Will this be the first good Trigger show?
Parker King
We'll stream 1st episode Gurren Lagann with announcement on Tokyo MX

Jonathan Thompson
Oh, another Masayoshi Tanaka-designed anime. Neat.
With the Idolm@ster director, who will also co-write along with Hayashi (Steins;Gate, Robotics;Notes, Plastic Memories). I don't know, might be cool. I love this first visual at least.
Joshua Green
neat
Isaiah Johnson
Good staff? I don't recognize most of these names.
Blake Harris
Atsushi Nishigori (Idolmaster 2011, character designer on Gurren-Lagann/PSG) Toshifumi Akai (Directed the Shelter music video) Naotaka Hayashi (Science Adventure series, for better or worse) Masayoshi Tanaka (Your Name, AnoHana)
Alexander Taylor
>Director: Atsushi Nishigori I was expecting the IM@S crew to be a part of this, but I'm still a little disappointed that Nishigori is directing. Well, it'll still be enjoyable at least.
Jackson Roberts
who's doing the writing?
Robert Powell
I wouldn't be surprised if Megumi Kouno shows up.
Chase Lopez
The director needed to be someone from Trigger since Trigger's name appears first. Nishigori joined Trigger a while ago during the production of the LWA movie. He was the only one that fit.
Ryder Johnson
hype train
Nolan Jenkins
Found the Clannad/ K-On kissless virgin.
Joshua Ward
Who else? Naotaka Hayashi. He is a mixed bag:
>Naotaka Hayashi is a scenario writer. He is known for writing the scenarios for games such as ChäoS;HEAd, Steins;Gate, Robotics;Notes and Bravely Default.
Noah Russell
>jp.leopard-raws.org/?stream Are you sure this is the correct channel?
Asher Miller
nishigori also worked a lot with gainax, he should be fine
Luis Rogers
>Calling virgin >on Sup Forums Die
Jack Hill
It just had to be someone with A-1 and Gainax/Trigger ties. The two possibilities to my knowledge were Nishigori and Shouko Nakamura. I was just hoping for the latter over the former.
You got it backward, which just shows further how shit Sup Forums's taste is
Caleb Brown
>This video contains content from Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc.. It is not available in your country. Fuck you, Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc.
Oh wow so majority of the imas staff joins up with action powerhouses from trigger. This sounds like a really good mix and finally the collab also looks rather balanced. Really excited for this
John Gutierrez
I just hope the writer brings his A game. He can do good stuff but also dumb shit.
Ryder Reyes
Tanaka's good at angry and crying faces too, which I feel this'll have plenty.
Elijah Lopez
The audio sounded like some Sawano bullshit (yawn) but I doubt it otherwise they would have plastered his name on this.
Benjamin Martinez
I liked Kiznaiver
Daniel Nelson
...
Ryder Parker
Heck yeah
Jayden Russell
So he sells his soul to her?
Henry Hernandez
>DARLING
That's not Darling
Isaac Ramirez
>tripfag enjoying shitty show Checks out.
Evan Parker
Huh...
Jackson Nguyen
>darling >girl has horns >sci-fi I wonder if it's going to be like some sort of edgy version of Ursuei Yatsura?
Anthony Perry
I like Kiznaiver too.
Nathaniel Richardson
>all the good of Imaishi without his shitty directing Fuckin' nice.
Parker Hughes
Its their best show
Justin Cox
It's a sawano soundtrack again isn't it?
Adrian Campbell
the only redeeming feature of the show.
Ryder Bell
Fucking why. He keeps on doing the same shit and it never changes and now it's just stale. Thanks A1.
Christopher Gomez
I enjoyed the ride, I won't say it was good but it was definitely an experience. It's a shame they never went to Okada's original idea.
Joshua Gray
The visual style of the trailer is sharp, and the symbolism of red/blue and the way they cut each other shows promise. I like strong girls so the heroine has me interested, especially if she's a lite version of Satsuki.
