Don't bully Canada. Only we can do that.

>Only (((WE)))

Canada is having a rough week. They're a meme just like Sweden

Fuck off 56% mutt jamal.

How can any sane judge make this sort of ruling?

It's funny when A white person goes to court we get "ignorance of the law is not a valid defense for breaking it". different laws for different folks.

Do you want to take my clay senpai

Sweden with the extra chromosome tier bantz

So ignorance of the law is a perfectly fine excuse?
Nice precedent!

you literally can't rape your wife. she signed a contract.

once a judge is appointed they are a judge for life here. What could possibly go wrong?

>raping wife
Such great nightmare marriages Sweden has in 21st century.

>Hey wife, dear ol wifey wife, wana fuck?
>No
>Rape it is, then!

Fpbp

How can any sane person believe marital “rape” exists?

I wish we'd put our nukes to good use

Leafs will pay for the Northern Wall.

We actually hate what's going on, Sweden is enjoying their collapse

How can you rape your wife?

What kind of a shitskin has a wife that thinks rape is even a thing?
Sounds absolutely haram.

"Want to have sex tonight?"

>*Proceeds to sex her.*
Pretty easy to understand.

>ignorance of the law is no excuse
>unless you're a muslim, then you get a pass

cry some more sven obongo svennsson. take care of your shithole country

Ignorance of a law is perfectly fine excuse in many countries.

>raping wife
His own wife?
Gonna stand with the judge on this one.

...

So is anybody actually going to explain this headline or even give a link to it?

>we will learn from Swedens mistake
Sup Forums lied to me again

The judge is off his fucking rocker. If this goes to appeals (and it should) the appealing judge would have every right to set this ruling on fire and throw it in the trash:

>Criminal Code of Canada, Part 1, 3.1 General, Section 19
>Ignorance of the law by a person who commits an offence is not an excuse for committing that offence.

It does not get more black and white than that.
