Ok I have posted in every thread on this topic. I was born and raised in Encinitas, still live there. Fulanos has been suspected as money laundering location for as long as I can remember. Also, the trailer park is owned by some UCSD professor and historian author. I briefly looked into his background and nothing immediately struck me as suspicious. Same for the preschool. I have only done a cursory look, and I am willing to go investigate any leads people can dig up. I live 10 minutes away from both locations, I pass that trailer park on way to Amtrak station at Encinitas 3 times a week
