I've always wondered why we never have glorious military parades. Russia has one ever year to celebrate victory in the Great Patriotic War. They bring units from different parts of the Russian armed forces, and even had Siberian units with snow camo uniforms / armored fighting vehicles. Imagine seeing thousands of US soldiers / sailors / airmen / marines parading, seeing Abrams tanks and Stryker IFVs and even seeing some special forces operators like Recon Marines.

Well, we have a pretty great parade every year on the 9th of may. Victory Day we call it and it celebrates the end of Great Patriotic War or whatever you westerners call it.
