Pretty sure you have some level of responsibility. Entry level for mcdonalds shouldnt be 15. Their food is cheap, the sales system sucks and the only room for customization is with the clerks memory capacity. Mcdonalds is the only place you can order a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and onions. And get only a meat slice with bacon ketchup and onions. I guess theres like a fucking omit everything button. How can they omit something like the fucking bread and cheese in a CHEESE burger just cause you specified no pickles or mustard. I absolutely hate food service workers with a stick up their ass

How many times are you gonna post this thread?

>Pretty sure you have some level of responsibility

I'm just a regular part time worker

Not for nothing, but if fast food payed a decent wage they could attract better quality employees, instead of scrap in the bottom of the barrel. They could get people who show up on time, sober, do a competent job, and rarely if ever spit in your food. Also how do we know the customer didn’t ask for their cheese on the side?

If you can't afford to pay $15 maybe you shouldn't be employer and let someone else do the business.

What happens to the bottom of the barrel, then?
I's a management decision: Do I employ fewer better and more expensive workers or more cheap ones.

I deserve $15 an hour and I demand open borders.
I am calling for a revolution and I want to ban guns.
I have Liberal Personality Disorder

>lets make policy and decisions around outliers. .

In 20 yea s all fast food jobs will be replaced by robots, as it should be. There is no dignity or even a liveable wage for fast food grunts, so they hire shitheads who dgaf and have constant turnover. Let the robots handle it, I have much more faith they'll get my order right.

Same for self driving cars, it'll be much safer and saner when I'm not on the road with a thosaubd retarded apes scrolling on their cellphones.

This and only this

>I deserve $15 an hour
They've earned it. Labor produces nearly all the GDP. Wage earners have had flat wages for decades while executive pay and shareholder dividends have skyrocketed. Everyone has shared in the rewards except the people doing all the hard work.

>retarded niggers who can't do anything more than flip burgers deserve 15 bucks an hour
No they fucking dont. If they want a higher wage they should learn a fucking skill that is actually useful.

>Horizontal lines zoomed into vertical lines
Love you self portrait, user.

They deserve the money for the service that is provided. You don't like his service? Then fire him. However, don't fucking try to underpay him for his service.

>I deserve $4,000,000 per hour even though I pay my employees so little many need public assistant to survive

Surprised that it’s gone this far without the

post

If people didn’t have to pay for public assistance their wages would be higher

Right now it's more expensive to automate burger flipping than it is to have humans do it for you. If people could afford to automate or cut costs in this way I'm sure they would because that's how businesses work. In some areas where the $15 minimum wage is happening, they are indeed discussing more automation and reduced staff.

Problem?

dude have you seen our minimum wage, there's a reason our low level jobs have ridiculous pay

How so? genuinely curious, I remember reading that for every $1 invested in welfare we get $1.50 back.

At least they gave you the patty my friend got a spicy chicken with no chicken yesterday

How would that even be possible. Seriously pls explain a scenario

In my day at $3.80 if it was not done and done McRight in 2 mins I would have been fired

no, see

Of course they deserve it.

It's the shittiest job imaginable, and they should be compensated fairly. I mean, if I had to flip burgers for a living, I'd surely end up dipping my head into the deep fat fryer half a week into the job.

I did all that and in 2 months they moved me to McCustodian and I got to come in at midnight and cleaned the store till 6 then either cooked or did the parking lot from 6 to 8 and got an uppity raise to $4.00

And i got all the nuggets from the midnight throwaway

>wage labor is sustainable with current rate of automation

your wife's son must have been pissed

Be honest and tell what color was the fry cook

>retarded niggers who can't do anything more than flip burgers deserve 15 bucks an hour
First, it turns out that McDonalds expects its workers to do a LOT more than just "flip burgers". They have to clean a very nasty kitchen, change the oil in the deep fat fryers, prep the cold food, restock the stations, etc.

>If they want a higher wage they should learn a fucking skill that is actually useful.
They have a number of useful skills just from working at McDonalds. They learn health and safety laws, how to prep and cook food, how to count change quickly, how to follow detailed instructions, pretty good stuff.

If you ever take economics in high school, you learn about opportunity and how the lack of it pushes workers into jobs they are over qualified for. In fact, most McDonalds workers cite lack of other opportunities, transportation, stable home environment, etc as the reason they are working in fast food rather than the career they educated or trained for.
