Male and female warehouse workers are paid the same. Male and female shop assistants are paid the same. But here’s the media pretending because the former has more men and latter has more women that there’s gender bias here.

The claim that they’re paid differently for the same work hasn’t worked out for them so now they’re pretending that their female dominated jobs are of equal value to male dominated jobs.

They'll either cut staff, raise prices of products and services, or both. Tesco is a business, not a charity. They have no problem with making the hard decisions if the math says it can work.

This is the thing about feminist causes: rather than winning women more, they actually just make everyone else worse off.

Couldn't this be solved by showing the payroll for women/men for warehouse and shop assistans positions? Tesco has enough money to hire dozens of the best jewish lawyers, especially if they could face a bill of almost 6billion euro

I know someone who started a maid service. He hired several women, and after a few months, it turned out most of them were pregnant, and would soon be taking a year's paid maternity leave. He couldn't afford to pay that and hire replacements, so he had to turn away several customers and become a cleaner himself without a wage. When it finally came time for the original mothers to come back, most of them decided they weren't going to after all, at which point he had to shut down the business.

This is why you see a lot of middle aged women in smaller businesses, they outright won't hire any young girls because of this and hire middle aged women who already have kids to avoid this and getting hammered for not hiring women
